An okay sequel.
In Police Story 2, it had a lot of action, more drama, and a bunch of comedy and surprises! But I was really expecting more. It's a pretty good movie though, great classic.

Pretty good
Jackie's got a number of better ones out there, but PS2 is still a very fun watch. The movie kind of tapers off about halfway through, but the fighting in the beginning and the middle are spot on. The comedy is also very good for most of it. The quality of the DVD, however, seems perfectly wonderful to me.

Are sequels ever better?
It may not be as good as Police Story, but its pretty close. I enjoyed the relationship between Jackie and Maggie, I know most people just want the action and stunts, but it helps the overall quality of the film to have some drama. She was just a tag-a-long girlfriend in the first. The final showdown in the warehouse is steller!

Awesome Police Story sequel!
Jackie is at his best in Police Story 2 along with Maggie Cheung! I liked the fight scenes in this film and it had funny moments that made me laugh. Just as excellent as the first!

Better than 1
I liked this film better than the first. I liked the story better and the action bits as well. The explosive finalle was great! I read at the time this film was made, it featured the largest explosion in movie history in it's native country. Some of the slapstick humor was silly but some actually was pretty funny!

Classic Chan action flick
This is by far one of my favorite Jackie Chan movies alongside HEART OF DRAGON and DRUNKEN MASTER II. DD did an excellent job with the film transfer, the picture is crisp and clear and the colors really pop.
The movie itself is a gem. Semi serious, semi humor and most importantly almost all non-stop action. Good action too, with well shot scenes and amazing stunts and fight sequences. Go view this film!

This is my second favorite of all time. First it is Police Story then Police Story 2 and then Crime Story.
