Great characters, good story.

Yeah!
This film moves in a pretty awkward manner, all things considered. Nevertheless, the plot structure and layout really panders well to the Infernal Affairs trilogy. This is a high quality film that goes where few movies really dare to go. An almost mandatory film to watch if you've seen the other two parts.

More twisted than a vine and twice as painful to watch as having one around your neck
Very suspenseful ending, with an almost depressing turnout. Nothing beats the first one, but this is a respectable ending to the series.

A somewhat decent end to a great trilogy
The INFERNAL AFFAIRS trilogy is a great set of flicks, this one is the last in the trilogy. It jumps back and forth between the past and the present and even includes a little blending of both to thoroughly confuse you. Watch it closely and then watch it again. It's worth it, but I felt like this third flick could have been more clear, concise, and satisfying.
