King Boxer is very good to me!
Some people I know don't like this movie but I really enjoyed it. It reminds me of a comic book or graphic novel. This movie is very cool and I recommend it. You can also see where they sample some of the sounds for Quentin Taratino's Kill Bill.

One of Lo Lieh's Best!
I loved this movie from start to finish and I'm very proud that dragon dynasty is going to be releasing this movie along with several other shaw brothers classics.

WHAT STARTED IT ALL! 5 STARS for 5 FINGERS of DEATH
FIVE FINGERS GETS 5 GOLD STARS...the history of martial arts cinema. Watch this movie and see just how many other movies have stolen from this unique and timeless film. The mold from which all others have been cast. Stop reading this and go enjoy the movie if you haven't already seen it...if you have seen it then what's one more viewing but sheer enjoyment and guilty pleasure. THIS FILM IS EYE CANDY FOR THE TRUE CINEPHILE, like myself.

Great Movie! Not quite as good as The 36th Chamber Of Shaolin though!
I never got the chance to see the Shaw Brothers Classics when they were originally released, but you can bet I'm going to be waiting for each and every one of the digitally enhanced versions to come out on DVD. The quality of the picture and sound is Magnificent! I can't wait for the future movies, you've got me waiting on the edge of my seat!

Alright, but not as great as "the chinese boxer" or "the one-armed swordsman"
This movie was pretty good, but essentially it is a remake of "The Chinese Boxer," starring Wang Yu, which came out two years prior. It even has some of the same actors reprising their old roles as the Japanese villans. Honestly I was kind of disappointed. My favorite role that Lo Lieh plays remains as Pai Mai in "Executioners from Shaolin."

Pretty spectacular
This film is truly classic. Though the first three quarters or so are somewhat slow, the last two fights in the film more than make up for any imperfections at all over the course of the show. Great fun, great gore, wonderfully lovable cheese. The only real problem is (and I'm seeing this problem in the other DD Shaws that I've seen thus far) subtitling issues. Grammar mistakes, spelling errors, missing pieces, and so forth stick out a lot to me, but of course I'm just weird like that. Definitely worth seeing.

Have only seen the HK video release cut, but so pleased it is out in this package.
One of the best shaw brothers screenplays, up there with Five Deadly Venoms and White Lotus Clan. Lo Lieh is incredible as Chi Hao and does some proper acting in developing his characters growth as a fighter and as a decent human. There is so much going on constantly, back stabbing, character twists, love triangles and some of the best martail arts put on screen. I could talk about this film all day. See it!!

This the Best of the Best in Martial Arts Movies...
I would love to see Jet Li in the same role that Lo Lieh played and all the technology of 2008 film making... Lets start a movement to make this happen. I believe this film deserve a re-make if any film does...

Only knew this as Five Fingers Of Death which is the catchier title. Saw this when I was about seven years old in the movies right in the middle of the Bruce Lee craze. I remember it being one of the KF Films that got me into the stories and traditions of
This is a wonderful film, love it and I can't tell you how he-static I am that Dragon dynasty is remastering and saving these great Kung Fu classics. I can't bare too watch the modern KF flicks like Crouching Tiger on. The over use of wires really have me annoyed. PLEASE continue to enhance and put out as many of these as possible. THANK YOU Dragon Dynasty
